Tool Room

Tool Room: We have a conventional tool room also at our disposal. The tool room allows our incredibly skilled staff to fine tune and machine parts exactly to customer specification in a wide range of materials. This can typically be used for prototypes and one-off jobs but small quantity jobs also may spend some time here with overall quality being the main factor.    

Our conventional tool room equipment includes:

• 2 x Colchester Lathes 

• 1 x Optimum MF-4V Milling Machine

• 1 x Microcut Mill

• 1 x Tap Disintegrator

• 1 x Jones & Shipman 540 Surface Grinder

• 1 x drill sharpening grinder

• ​1 x small cylindrical grinder

• 1 x Vertical Band Saw
